Petrophysical Evaluation

Petrophysical well log interpretation was performed for several Danish onshore wells with known sandstone intervals. Special focus was on potential identification of new reservoir sandstones as input to the exploration for geothermal development opportunities.

A petrophysical formation evaluation study was carried out to ensure the client’s best possible understanding of the reservoir properties of the sandstones encountered by the studied wells. Sandstone intervals which may be suitable for production of geothermal energy were identified.

Special emphasis was given to visualization of the interpretation results to ensure a good communication of the results to the client, and internally in the client’s technical team.
